Thornybush is a new addition to our list of venues. The reserve is located close to the town of Hoedspruit. We have use of a small private camp with in Thornybush and have traversing rights to 15000ha of the property. The reserve is adjacent to the Kruger National Park and has no fence separating them. The reserve is well known for big 5 sightings, but also offers a wide variety of smaller mammals as well as a large number of bird species. The unique thing about this camp is that there is a sunken hide at the camp that you can access at any time you wish during our stay.
This self-catering safari allows you to access some of the best areas for wildlife photography at a fraction of the cost that you would pay at any of the neighboring private lodges.
Included: 4 Nights accommodation, 8 Game drives, Private game drive vehicle and guide for our group. Photographic guide to assist with settings and techniques. Conservation fees as well as gratuities for the ranger and cleaning staff.
Excluded: All transport to and from the lodge, all drinks and meals as well as items of a personal nature.
